This letter is to make you aware of an outstanding business in Siler City, If you are not already.

At approximately 4:15, on Tuesday, August 14 my daughter was traveling along US Highway 421 when she had the misfortune of an engine problem in her car. By chance as we now know she was fortunate that Siler City Automotive was open for business.

The local Ford dealership referred me to Siler City Automotive. The guys of Siler City Automotive agreed to stay open late and look at her vehicle. In such a situation, I was only imagining what their service was going to cost. I want you and the folks in Siler City to know that Siler City Automotive had every opportunity in the world to take advantage of my daughter and didn't. They went above and beyond with service and the cost was not inflated in any manner. If you chamber has an integrity award, I nominate Siler City Automotive, Inc.

Subject: auto repair endorsements

I have read some of the auto repair nightmares and wanted to give a huge endorsement to Siler City Radiator.? Jimmy at SCR is awesome.? If he thinks something is wrong with your vehicle and you disagree, I have heard him say "If that isn't what is wrong with it, I won't charge you for it" and 9 out of 10 times he is correct but always easy to work with, great work at reasonable prices.? They are on Third Street in Siler City.? His guys are all top notch and he will refer you somewhere if they don't do what you need (body work, etc).?

Anita Olinger endorsed 'Siler City Radiator' as an excellent source for quality car repair.

When I was in Siler City Radiator a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that the sign in the waiting area said 'Siler City Automotive'.

Whether you call it Siler City Radiator or Siler City Automotive or Siler City Radiator and Automotive Repair, Jimmy Brower and Company will do an excellent job on your car at a fair price. He has informational videos running in the waiting area, where you can learn some good stuff if you care to listen, or a lot of times you can find interesting people to talk to while you are there.

I usually call ahead and make appointments, take my car and leave it, and it's fixed whenever promised. When you need an oil change or something simple like that, you can usually wait and still get out within 45 minutes to an hour.

I just can't say enough good about all the guys that work there. Each one of them is courteous and respectful to women, and I've been a customer there for many years.
