	As usual, my visit to Siler City Automotive went flawlessly. I had scheduled an oil change and a tire rotation. The work was done in a timely manner, and Jimmy talked to me about tires. He gave me 3 different quotes for tires, and didn't try to sell me the most expensive ones. It is refreshing to go to a place of business and feel that you are valued. I will continue to go to Siler City Automotive for all my car and truck needs, and I will continue to recommend this business to all my friends.

	My experience has always been the best in dealing with this business. Extra care is given to the customer to help give him the best options possible for his needs to be met. I have never had to return my cars for completion of any work that they did not finish. I would recommend this business to anyone. They care to do their best and in return, you come away with the best work on your cars that they back with their solid guarantee. In shorter words, they are exceptionally the best.

	The recent visit was made great by Robbie and the rest of the garage staff working with us to get the new brake cables installed, clear our code problems and get the car ready for inspection. Plus they have given me a heads up on the Water Pump and agreed to order the parts for me so I can save some money on installation. As always, they are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

	I have used Siler City Automotive for at least 15 years. In all the times that they have serviced and repaired my vehicles, there has only been one time that it wasn't right the first time, and they promptly remedied that. The service is exceptional, and all the people working there have always treated me with respect. There has been no discrimination because I am a woman, nor have I ever felt that I was overcharged, or that work was done that wasn't needed. Of all the businesses in Chatham County, I would put Siler City Automotive in the top three.

	Jimmy and the boys always look to do it right and they always try and save the customer money. The work in guaranteed and you know nothing is being done unless your car needs it. Honest, will work with you, Siler City Automotive always has my 5 cars in top shape. You cannot ask for anything more from a repair place. The only place my son's and I bring our cars even though they are in college they always come home to Siler City Automotive.

We...” Jul 29, 2010 We were referred to them by neighbors here in Cary after I recieved several suspect estimates for a "service engine soon" light. Instead of throwing parts at the engine that "might" fix the problem, Siler City thoroughly diagnosed the car and provided THE fix that resulted in an expense that was 1/4 any other shop estimate. Another important observation for me is that you can get a feeling about a business by how well the work areas are organized and cleaned. Siler City's was squared away and shipshape! At approximately 4:15, on Tuesday, August 14 my daughter was traveling along US Highway 421 when she had the misfortune of an engine problem in her car. By chance as we now know she was fortunate that Siler City Automotive was open for business.

The local Ford dealership referred me to Siler City Automotive. The guys of Siler City Automotive agreed to stay open late and look at her vehicle. In such a situation, I was only imagining what their service was going to cost. I have read some of the auto repair nightmares and wanted to give a huge endorsement to Siler City Radiator.? Jimmy at SCR is awesome.? If he thinks something is wrong with your vehicle and you disagree, I have heard him say "If that isn't what is wrong with it, I won't charge you for it" and 9 out of 10 times he is correct but always easy to work with, great work at reasonable prices.? They are on Third Street in Siler City.? His guys are all top notch and he will refer you somewhere if they don't do what you need (body work, etc).?

Anita Olinger endorsed 'Siler City Radiator' as an excellent source for quality car repair.

When I was in Siler City Radiator a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that the sign in the waiting area said 'Siler City Automotive'.

Whether you call it Siler City Radiator or Siler City Automotive or Siler City Radiator and Automotive Repair, Jimmy Brower and Company will do an excellent job on your car at a fair price. He has informational videos running in the waiting area, where you can learn some good stuff if you care to listen, or a lot of times you can find interesting people to talk to while you are there.

I usually call ahead and make appointments, take my car and leave it, and it's fixed whenever promised. When you need an oil change or something simple like that, you can usually wait and still get out within 45 minutes to an hour.

I just can't say enough good about all the guys that work there. Each one of them is courteous and respectful to women, and I've been a customer there for many years.
